As a dedicated mentor, Alison specialises in helping individuals and couples navigate relationship challenges, deepen emotional connections, and foster healthier dynamics using the renowned Relational Life Therapy (RLT) approach.

 

She guides people toward transformative breakthroughs in love, trust, and communication with a compassionate and strategic method.

Alison has been in the same relationship for 32 years, and she embodies the principles she teaches in her own life. She has navigated many ups and downs in her marriage. Together, they have raised two well-adjusted, happy and successful children, now 25 and 23 years old, who continue to inspire her commitment to strong, resilient family bonds.

​

Her passion for personal growth extends beyond mentoring—she is also an avid traveller, blending her love for beautiful spaces with her commitment to meaningful connections.

 

She divides her time between the US, UK, southern Italy, and the Costa del Sol in Spain, where she leads two-day intensives (in your location) and 1:1 online mentoring, helping people reconnect and rebuild stronger relationships quickly.

Alison offers online coaching sessions over Zoom, Facebook Messenger or the phone. She can also come to your town and facilitate a 2-day intensive in your space.

In addition to her coaching work, Alison and her husband Andy produce artisan olive oil, 'Oasi,' from their farm in southern Italy. This is a testament to her belief in living a life of passion and purpose.
